Thank you again for working so hard to deliver my order. I looked for a florist close to the hospital so I could let my sister know we were thinking about her. Then she was sent home rather unexpectedly. Thank you for delivering to her home. She loves her bouquet.

Excellent service. Placed order in the morning, flowers were delivered before the end of the day, recipient was thrilled with the flowers they received, I was thrilled that is was so easy.

I called to request a copy of my receipt for the flowers and the CSR with whom I spoke was very helpful (turns out my email address was missing a letter or two). She sent me a copy of my receipt and then went above and beyond and called the store to confirm the delivery date. This wasn't something I'd asked her to do and I really appreciated the delivery confirmation and that the flowers were delivered same day. You guys are great! Thank you :)
