I needed a small arrangement sent to a funeral home for my cousin's sister-in-law. I wasn't sure which city we would be buried in so didn't want anything big. I selected a birthday arrangement that I thought my cousin could take home and enjoy. After I submitted the order it dawned on me that the wrong card might be included (birthday vs. sympathy). I emailed immediately to ask the question and heard back within an hour or so saying they would send a note back to the arranger to be sure the correct card was sent. I thought that was just wonderful service and I appreciated it so much. Thank you again!

I was most pleased with the Peace Lily that I ordered from you. It was in a nice pot with a lovely bow and several blooms. I am pleasantly satisfied.

Glad it was left there at the door because my mom wasn't home to pick it up, I was worried the delivery would be returned and she would have to chase it up later but good thing it wasn't and she came home a couple hours later to the gift waiting for her .. thanks for the great experience, will definitely use again, since i am in Australia and this is the best way to send gifts with using air mail!
