The arrangement was beautiful and although guaranteed delivery was 1pm, I requested it be delivered by noon and they delivered it by 11:30am which I GREATLY appreciated. Will absolutely use Ava's again as my sister lives in Seattle and I am in Boston! :-)

The process was so easy, the website pictures very helpful. I had to order on a Sunday and many local florists were closed; plus they needed to be delivered on a holiday (MLK Day) and I was worried there would be an extra cost. Your system worked great-I got regular updates on status, and the flowers were just beautiful. The family was thankful, as was I. Thank you!
