The assistant that helped me on the phone was excellent and helped me pick out the perfect arrangement! The flowers were being delivered to my friend just as she returned from her birthday lunch - her initial reactions was "what a beautiful bouquet! - what a lucky person!" The delivery person responded with do you know where Ms. Denise Key lives - my friend was astonished! - "I'm Denise Key"!!! Perfect!!!!! It was a wonderful surprise for my dear friend's 60th birthday!!!! She LOVED it!!!!!
