I have some issues with my order that has me deciding not to order from Ava again. I questioned how my cost went from $47 to 77. I was paying in Canadian funds and was prepared for that, but the excess costs seemed to multiply. Never before have I been charged for a ribbon and a card. I specifically asked for no yellow or purple flowers but both were included. I asked for a ribbon matching the flowers and had a purple ribbon included. I asked to have delivery after 7 pm because Ms. Zimmerman was at a medical appointment but the flowers were left on her porch for anyone to pick up. I had not planned to complain because these things rarely change the outcome. However I have just received a fifth request to share my opinion of the service. Here you have it.

Dear friends,
I have referred to your services a few times now and have been very pleased with the help I was given and the care you put into your arrangements.
This last time was for a funeral service and they were just beautiful. I didn't have quite enough points to take anything off my order and the gentleman that helped me with my order put it through with one.
Everyone there is pleasant and easy to work with.
I will surely be back when I need to send a beautiful sentiment.
