I am 76 yrs. old and have used many florists to send flowers. Avas is by far the best with excellent personal service, beautifully arranged fresh flowers at a decent price. I was late ordering flowers for a wake. I ordered them on Saturday at 4:00PM asking for delivery on Sunday, the next day, before 1:00PM. They arrived about noon. Avas saved me some embarrassment. I would use them again

The person on the phone was extremely helpful and took care of everything. I was surprised to learn there was a separate "designer fee" from the arrangement! I thought that the$37.99 would include that, I have never paid such a fee. There was also an additional charge for a bow! I choose not to do a bow, but obviously could not get out of the designer fee. That was a negative experience for me. I choose an arrangement in my price range (under $40) and expected tax and maybe even a delivery fee but not a $13. designer fee!
