Your representatives were very competent and courteous. Unknown to me the recipients had cancelled their land line, so your representatives contacted me, we provided an alternate number, and a beautiful Winter Solstice Christmas Centerpiece was timely delivered. Excellent customer service.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and did not promise to deliver the same day until she checked to see if that was possible. It was a serious condition and same day was important to us for the family as well as the patient. Her husband reported that the flowers were beautiful. Thank you very much!

Your customer rep did awesome job I needed the order same day & just missed cut off but she took the time to manually call it in ensuring delivery end of day from west coast to east coast.
