I chose Ava's from Google search and your feedback. The ordering process was easy. Choosing was hard because there were so many pretty designs in a lot of price ranges. My son's mother in law was in rehab for a broken hip and I chose to wait til she got to rehab to send her flowers, instead of right away in hospital. She was SO happy because all her other flowers had died and these were a breath of fresh air and a nice motivator . I am glad I chose Ava's. She said the flowers were gorgeous and they were delivered on time. Thank you.

The flowers are exquisite, so beautiful and fresh---THERE'S NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! BEST PRICE EVER! However, Avas company should state on their website: "EXPECT DELAY ON DELIVERY AT LEAST 1 DAY" I placed my order on March 11th 2014 in the morning, and I expected them to deliver it on the next day as they promote on their website, but the flowers were delivered on the 13th. It was disappointing AND embarrassing, I have to call the recipient whether it was received or not. Note to Avas: You will not lose customers if you are more straight forward. You will get customer's trust and satisfaction if only your are more prompt and honest!!! Anyway, the recipient has posted the flowers on Facebook, they are really beautiful... Thanks!!!
