What can you do better??? Not one thing...process was so very simple, and delivery to the hospital was quick. My parents said the flowers were just BEAUTIFUL...so please, don't change a thing! ;) And thank you!

The plant and balloon were very nice and delivered when I was told, however, there was no note/card with it! My sister has no idea who they were from. I even finned out a note in the comment box when I made the order!! There wasn't even a card from Ava's so she could call and find out who sent them!!

I was looking for a fruit basket to send to my sister as my brother-in-law had passed away. I live in Connecticut and they're located in Florida. I searched on the internet and found Avas Flowers. When I called Avas, the gentlemen was very kind, polite and very, very helpful. The basket was delivered and my sister said it was beautiful. I also received an email from Avas stating my order and asking if there were any changes and then the next day I received another email stating the basket was delivered 10 minutes ago. I found this a nice feature, especially being out of state. I will definitely recommend this Florist as well as use them again if I ever need a Florist in the area. I am very, very pleased.
