I'm glad you asked. I thought the service was great ordering online, tracking, quickness. Until I found out that the flowers never made it tto my sisters (70th birthday) until the next day. You delivered them tto the wrong house. Now also seeing the total bill I didn't know I ordered expedited service for and extra fee? The site just said delivery but not and extra fee for that day.
