This was my first experience ordering flowers over the Internet. I found this to be easy. The person taking the order was courteous, thorough, and considerate when he offered condolences. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner and the comments were that it was a beautiful arrangement. Thank You

Your website was easy to navigate, and I enjoyed the delivery confirmations. From an ordering, delivery, and customer service standpoint, I had an excellent experience; however, I was informed by the recipient that the sunflowers were droopy and not opening 2-3 days after delivery. I am unsure if it was just a bad batch...sunflowers might not be in season now, and good ones are just hard to find. I just wanted to let you know, so in case it was a supplier issue, that it won't happen to other customers int he future. Thank you very much for your time.
