My experience was great. I was able to talk to customer service and he help me order the wreath for my dad’s burial. He was a great help seeing though I live in Pittsburgh, Pa.

If I could rate my experience as great I would. The person who took my order was very pleasant, polite, and helpful. My only suggestion is this: I didn't see the flowers at the funeral home during the viewing. I know they arrived because I got an email from you. I would have appreciated a picture of the flowers to see what they looked like. Otherwise, I was happy with the experience.

I was very satisfied with the personnel at the flower shop. I distinctly asked for red poppies and some greenery in the arrangement and I was told that if I had it ordered on Tuesday that the girl that answered the phone could definitely get me Poppy's . My brother sent me a picture of the flowers that my sister in law received and there were no puppies in the arrangement they were pink and green flowers . Although my sister-in-law is very happy with the arrangement it is not what I ordered .
