I had a wonderful experience ordering through Ava's. The website was very user friendly, and checking for tracking was made simple. Our order was last minute, and when I was concerned the flowers might not make it in time for a memorial service, customer service was very helpful in checking and confirming the flowers would be delivered in time. I received an email when the flowers were delivered, and they were well on time. I also received a picture of the arrangement, and they were beautiful. Thank you to everyone involved!

My call was handled with excellent customer service. The young lady and i apologize as i can't remember her name was very friendly and helpful. I was caling fro m Texas and was having flowers delivered to our Mother in the Brandon Health adn Rehabilitation Center. I really wasn't sure what to order except I know I wanted something cheerful. She was able to advise on a bouquet and the ballon. Our Mother loved the flowers and the balloon and it made her Very Happy. I am glad we chose your florist shop to order from. Thanks for the GREAT Customer service, Michael and Kathy Morgan
