The flowers were beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. However, the absolute best thing was that the delivery was made to my mother's door. She lives in a sr. apartment house and the previous place I ordered flowers delivered them only to the desk at the entry. Usually, residents have to carry them upstairs or get someone to take them to their apartment. My mother is on oxygen and has a broken shoulder and can't carry anything heavier than a pound with that hand. It means so much to us that the delivery person took the time to sign in and take them to her door. thank you
