The flowers were beautiful and arrived as promised. The delivery person however called my mother to say he was there with the flowers. She explained that she was out and where to leave them. He then stated he drove 2 hrs. She felt as though he was looking for a tip. She apologized as she was not able to be there. These flowers were a gift. I didn't expect her to have to tip never mind be asked for it. With the price I paid I would think a gratuity would be included in the delivery charge. Did the driver really drive 2 hrs? I thought I chose a florist close to my parents home.
