Excellent selection, extremely user friendly site especially the info fields; rep even followed up with me by phone when one of the flowers in the arrangement was unavailable. He called to confirm I'd be okay with the replacement flower... I have another occasion next week and have already pre-ordered from Ava's. EXCELLENT!
