I waited to respond to the request for feedback, as I wanted to see whether the flowers would last. My friend told me today that, ten days later, the bouquet is still beautiful! So thank you very much, not only for the kindness of your employee, and the unexpectedly quick delivery of a lovely bouquet.

Delivery was on time. There was very little resemblance to the chosen arrangement. Rather disappointing however I am glad something was delivered under the current circumstances. Took 3 days of searching to find any delivery options.
