I ordered flowers on a Friday. Around 8am on Saturday I received a call from Ava's. They were out of one of the flowers needed for my arrangement. Ava's was calling to see what color rose I wanted in my arrangement. I've been ordering flowers for years and have NEVER had anyone call to ask what color or flower I wanted if the flower pictured was out of stock. I can not begin to tell you how impressed I was! Excellent customer service, and beautiful flowers!!

My daughter moved to a new city, with a new job and it was her birthday, I thought she could use some peace about now so I sent her a Peace Lily from Avas Flowers. Her comments were WOW! the plant was humungous! She received lots of compliments on it which made me happy. Ordering flowers online from a company never used before can be kind of scary, I would only change one thing... add "Excellent" to your "rate your experience" list because "Good" is not good enough!! I was very impressed with Avas Flowers! The bouquet that was delivered was on time, beautiful, and hassle free! I'm from out of state, but they made it easy to order and the quality of the flowers and design was phenomenal! I highly recommend Avas Flowers to everyone! Five Star Quailty and more all the way!
