Had no problems, would do business with Ava's again. One critcism, it would be nice to be able to talk directly with the florist filling the order and delivering the flowers instead of someone that is taking the order who could be anywhere in the United States and then just farming out the order to a local florist in the city or town where the delivery is to take place.

Hi! I cannot express enough gratitude for not only the timely delivery, but also the great looking flowers you put together for Step-Mom Shirley. You see...we used to communicate at least monthly by phone. But her hearing has since been compromised to the point that that's not available anymore. Together with the other issues of advanced age, life is a chore. Mom turned 99 today, November 15. I am grateful to still have her around.
