I was very pleased with the service provided. I am in the NC mountains and when our conversation dropped, the gentleman helping me called back to complete my order. He took the extra step which is sorely lacking in many businesses today. My order was delivered even though I waited til the last minute to order, and my Sister cannot say enough about what a beautiful dish garden arrangement she received. I will certainly use your business again. Thank you for your quality customer service and for making my Sister's 70th birthday soecial!

Thank you for the prompt attention and delivery. Placing the order was easy. The only down fall was that I could not choose the balloons myself. Although not disappointed, a pic with the birthday girl was sent to me, before seeing the pic I was a bit nervous. Ava's Flowers did an awesome job !! Thank you again.
