Thank you! so much for the quick delivery, the flowers were for my parents 41st anniversary celebration. I really appreciate the prompt service and a hand written note on the greeting card. But I would like to point out that one of the roses in the bouquet looked little dry, other then that no other complains. I will definitely be your the lifelong customer :) Thanks!!!!

I have ordered flowers for many years and the department I am now with is all over Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Therefore, when sending flowers to someone outside of Kentucky I rely on a florist in the persons area. This by far, was the easiest ordering I have ever done even within Louisville, KY. I received the receipt and order confirmation before I was even off the phone, received notification the arrangement was delivered. Really over and above the usual customer service. Thanks so much.

I live in Virginia and placed my order over the phone. The representative that I spoke to was very pleasant and patient. The arrangement arrived as promised. My aunt is 87 years young and was very happy with the flowers. She said the flowers were "beautiful". Thank you for helping me uplift her spirits.
