They were wry friendly and helpful. I had trouble online w my order but they accepted the online discount over the phone. My aunt had already been released in the hospital so they took the type to get her home address and deliver it there.

I ordered the flowers for my daughter-in-laws birthday. Later, I get a call from customer service telling me the flowers I ordered are not available in the colors I ordered. I told him to do whatever he thought best. I could not be happier with your choice. Shirlene could not be happier. They were beautiful and even I was im. If ever in the future I need flowers for Hawaii you definitely have my business. Thanks.

I am not from the area so I had to rely on Ava's to take care of everything. The girl I spoke to on the phone was polite and knowledgeable about what I needed. Email communication was excellent and I was notified when the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home.
