The online system processed my order as I expected. I received a call shortly after placing the order, asking if flower substitution was okay, which it was. I appreciate knowing that if a change is needed that I will get a call! The flowers were delivered on time, and it was reported to me that they were beautiful. I'm very satisfied with Ava's - thank you to the whole team!
