I had placed my order online and received a call the very next morning due to some of the flowers in the selection from the website were not in season. I was very pleased with the customer service they provided to ensure my order was handled to my satisfaction. It most definitely was!! My friend LOVED his arrangement!! I had ordered online and chose the Easter Centerpiece. I loved the colors in the online picture and made the assumption that my centerpiece would look just like that. While the size and type of flowers were like the picture, the colors were pretty boring - whites and very pale colors. I was disappointed when I saw it. Also, the arrangement did not come from Ava's Flowers. I don't remember the name of the florist it came from, but it did not say 'Avas.' It didn't matter to me, because I just found Ava's online anyway. Online ordering was simple and the delivery was timely, however.

The only feedback I can give is placing the order over the phone. The lady was very nice and precise with my order. I felt good about it being delivered on time and the order would be very nice.
