My overall experience was great. I called the store and the person who assisted me was friendly and helpful. I work for a large telecom company in quality control for customer service and your service was amazing. My mom loved the arrangement and said it was fresh.

the bouquet was delivered on time. However, it did not look the same as the picture on the website. A lot of the flowers were different and I think the pic on the website looked larger than the one actually delivered. Having said that , it was very pretty and the receipiant loved it.

The customer service and delivery were great, but the comments from the recipient were even better...excellent!! The flowers were "beautiful and smelled awesome!!", I was told. So thank you, for blessing both of us.

I didn't see the flowers as I live out of state, but the recipient said they were beautiful. Thank you for delivering the flowers the same day although I missed the cutoff time. I will use you as a florist of choice in the future.
