I was very impressed with the person who took my order over the phone. He was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. The plant that I ordered was delivered to the funeral home that day and I was pleased with the way it looked.

Ava's on-line system for ordering and delivery status is very efficient and easy to use. I appreciate the prompt notification of delivery. For arrangement size descriptions, it would be good to know the number flowers (stems)/type for each size. i.e. Premium includes 6 roses vs standard includes 4. I trust the flowers were fresh and that the premium arrangement looked like the fuller version of the photo on the web.
