I live out of state and have relatives I send flowers to on occasion. I had been using another florist for some time however was having difficulty with their website so I called them directly to place an order. I guess they were busy however I was treated rudely. I understand busy but not an excuse to be rude to a customer. I decided to try your business and was very pleased with the service provided. You have a new customer! Thank you!
