Thanks, the order process was easy and I liked the suggested bouquets and the free delivery. The only thing I would note is that I would have appreciated a response acknowledging receipt of my order and that my personal request would be honored (or not). In my case, I wanted delivery before the 4 pm viewing at the funeral home. I got the acknowledgment of delivery at 4:30 pm, so I didn't know whether you had tried to meet my request or not. I found out later from the bereaved family about the delivery time, but it isn't something you want to discuss with the bereaved. Thanks for listening.
