Beautiful flowers and delivered at the perfect time

The man I talked to who took the order was knowledgeable and efficient. It was a good experience.

My friend called me and thanked me for the flowers and said the flowers were beautiful. Not feeling that well that day she said it lifted her spirits and also mine, thank you.

During delivery there was a lack of knowledge on the part of desk personnel at recipient's work place. Flowers were returned to florist and disassembled. When mistake was discovered, not by Ava's, you graciously put together another bouquet and delivered them the next day. You folks went above and beyond to make a special day for the recipient. You would not accept my offer to pay an additional delivery fee. THANK YOU. You will be my "go to florist" in that part of town from now on.
