I was pleasantly surprised at the personal attention by your staff. She was very cordial and very intune to what I wanted to order. The flowers were delivered on the day and time I wanted and not as with other florists I have used who have late or the next day. My daughter loved loved them and said they were gorgeous. I live in Scottsdale and use florists quite frequently in Santa Monica or LA and from now on, Ava's is now THE ONE for me. Thank you so much for being there when needed
