I received email, and a call from Ava's Flowers telling me they were unable to deliver the bouquet as the recipient was still in ICU at the hospital. I was impressed by their attention and by the professionalism. I am told the flowers will be delivered once the patient moves to a room in the hospital. I hope the flowers are as remarkable as the attention! Rachel
