I was very pleased with the service and had checked your website so the lady that answered the phone was familiar with my selection. Also appreciated that she offered some extra items and when I refused there was no pressure. I appreciated the call notifying me that the flowers would not be delivered on the date I requesteed due to the storm. They were delivered the extra day. She was very pleased with the arrangement.

I was very pleased when I got the phone call that my gift of flowers had been received. Mom then told me she received 6 other arrangements for her 80th birthday but none were as beautiful as this arrangement. She described them as magnificent! Thank you Ava's!

Ava's Flowers was awesome. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and professional. They sent me several emails thanking me for my order and also letting me know when the flowers were delivered. They delivered the flowers the same day I ordered them, and I heard they were beautiful. I ordered the medium hydrangea and peace Lilly basket. I would definitely use this florist again. Thanks for a great job. Beaufort, SC
