The customer service was fantastic. I called to place the order and the lady on the phone was wonderful! Of course she tried to sell me extra things which I would have been upset in the long run if I didn't catch that, but that is her job, I get that. Flowers delivered on time and we're beautiful! My experience with Avas Flowers was a very good one. I had no prior experience with Avas to know if my order was going to be fulfilled as I requested or not! I was concerned that my order wouldn't get delivered to the right person, since the facility to which it was sent had several complexes, but a response to my phone call assured me that it was delivered to the right place. Later on, I received a phone call from the recipient saying that the basket was beautiful and was filled with lots of goodies....enough to share!
