The recipient of my order is very happy with it. She likes the fact that some of the plants can be potted for future growth rather than a flower arrangement that lasts only a few days. She also likes the fact that you are a company in her community. Happy all around.

She loved the arrangement! She said it got more beautiful each day and reflected what a great job by the florist and effort put in it , it showed ! The only problem, she teaches at night and didn't find them in the dark on the front door step., as she never uses the front door . She only found them because I was worried they weren't delivered when she didn't call and say anything about them, and I called her . But a wonderful job !! It's a new romance and love in bloom was perfect !

Customer experience on line was great. Feedback on status of order was excellent. We live out of town so had to depend on feedback from another relative. We were told the flowers were pretty but they were expecting for the money that the arrangement would have been larger. We ordered the on line promotion medium size. Next time will call to better understand promotion and size.
