My experience was great. I am from out of state and wanted to send flowers to the local hospital. The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and able to answer all my questions, suggest things that were not on the web site, including some customization for my order. They arrived as expected. All I had to do was tell him the name and which hospital. Thanks for making things happen.

A big thank you to the people at Avas Flowers! The white sympathy vase that I ordered was delivered on time and exactly what I wanted. The size of the arrangement was so full and large that it was displayed in a prominent place at the funeral home. I want to personally thank Hector, who patiently guided me through the ordering process, reassuring me that I would be very satisfied. I was. Dealing with Avas Flowers was the right choice. The web page was set up to easily make my order. I vary much appreciated the many times you called,emailed, and text me to get my permission to change the order because you ran out of the one I ordered. When I received a phone call from my Mother in law about the plant she got, I new you had taken great care in replacing the plant. She was vary happy with what she got. Thank you vary much.

This was my girst time ordering and I called in my order. The person helping me over the phone did a fantastic job and it was fadter then I thought it would be. It was delivered to the recipient in a timely manner and was a piece of art. I highly recvommend using Ava's for all your flower delivery needs.

This was my first order with Avas Flowers and it went great! I ordered the aDOGable Bouquet and though I didn't get to see how well they did in person, I did get to see a picture just after it was delivered and it was wonderful! And the person I sent it to loved it! So, everybody was happy! :D I will definitely use Avas Flowers again in the future..
