I was very happy the flowers were delivered the same day ,very nice girl on the phone was very nice she went to check to make sure you had butterflies in stock . My Cousin was very happy with them and she sent me a pic and they looked beautiful! Thank you

I was very impressed with the customer service the lady that called me several times was extremely helpful. They tried like heck to get the flowers/plant delivered on the person's birthday but she did not answer the phone because she thought it was a telemarketer. So I finally told her she needed to answer that call. The people working the phonie lines for this company called me several times to say they were trying to keep me updated that no one would answer and they finally askedd if it was OK to wait until the next day. Also the plant was nice! Thank you
