Denise was greatly surprised and kept saying just how beautiful they are. Delivery went when it was promised it would be. If I need flowers sent again I will use be sure to use Ava's flowers again. I will pass along to anyone asking who to use.

Our daughter was having a bad day UNTIL the beautiful arrangement arrived at her workplace. I could feel her big smile when she called, not realizing it was May Day ~ a day we always celebrated together (when she & I would gather flowers from yard and neighbors & gift to teachers.) Made my day as well, knowing the bouquet changed her mood. She said the Lilies were esp fragrant & appreciated. Your customer service has always been ez to work with. Of course, I recommend Ava’s to others, mainly because of your excellent service.

The recipient loved the flowers, but with all the additional costs above and beyond the bouquet itself it was more expensive than I would have liked.
