Ordering was easy. The flowers arrived on the day I requested and were beautiful. However, a second arrangement was sent the following day with my name attached to the card. I did not send a second arrangement and was concerned that I was being charged. When I spoke to your representative, he took my phone number and told me not to worry about that. He never called to tell me if the situation had been resolved.
