When my friend thanked me for the flowers she said they were geraniums and I specifically ordered the cyclamen flowers as she had given me a cyclamen plant 12 years ago that is still living. I am hoping she got a cyclamen plant and not a geranium.
The young man who helped me on the phone was very nice and professional.
