When my friend thanked me for the flowers she said they were geraniums and I specifically ordered the cyclamen flowers as she had given me a cyclamen plant 12 years ago that is still living. I am hoping she got a cyclamen plant and not a geranium. The young man who helped me on the phone was very nice and professional. L. Hanft

I had to call customer service to fix a mistake that I had made with my order. The woman I spoke to was pleasant and efficient. I was impressed with her customer service skills. The flower arrangement was bigger and more beautiful than I had expected! Over all it was an excellent experience. Thank you!
