The arrangement was beautiful, and arrived on time. I was unable to attend the service to which these flowers were delivered, but had relatives there who praised the flowers - "better than in the pictures!". The only nit I have to pick is that the online delivery tracking is inaccurate, and made me panic a bit! Still today, four days after the delivery, the online delivery status indicates that the order is out for redelivery. So my only suggestion for improvement is more timely and accurate updates to delivery status. The other suggestion I have is to explore supporting more than 125 characters for the cards. A "tweet" is often not quite enough space to deliver even a short, thoughtful message. Thank you!
