Stephanie was very pleasant and helpful in working with me to place my order. The flowers were delivered and I received a call from Donna. She was very pleased and said the arrangement was beautiful. The person delivering was apologetic that the red vase was not available and she used a cardinal vase that Donna said was beautiful. I will definitely use Avas Flowers again.
