After I found out that my order to be delivered for my Sisters Birthday was not going to be that day as promised, I was very upset and the young lady that helped me was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make the situation as good as possible. Thank you.

The flowers were beautiful. My granddaughter was thrilled to receive the pink roses for her birthday. She got them on her birthday. I had ordered them late the day before and was very happy Avastin was able to deliver. Great service. Wonderful quality.
