I heard from them this morning, but was shocked to learn that, although they had arrived in Loudon, the former owner was not out of the house, or that the necessary repairs were not yet complete, so the family if 6 would have to stay in a hotel till Tuesday! Your online order system was able to let me make his change, even on the day the flowers had been scheduled for delivery. I so appreciate this!!! I am in Oregon, so you were already later in the day, too, when I learned the recipients were not able to get start moving into their new home. I certainly panicked, but your system and personnel were able to handle that too. I wish to express my sincere appreciation, for your services!
