I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and product we received. Everything was followed through with very high standards and to the promises given upon ordering. Also the gentleman delivering the flowers was courteous and friendly. My mother ( the one receiving the bouquet) was most impressed with him! Thank you very much! This is the second time I have used Ava's to send flowers to a loved one in another state. I'm always a bit nervous about sending flowers I can't see but the feedback I have received both times has been very positive and appears to be exactly what I had hoped they would be. Thank you
