I was impressed with the efficient help in getting the order placed and personal caring agents that handled my calls regarding placing the order, tracking it's delivery and refunding for items not delivered. Prompt and helpful. I am expecting the 8 dollar refund to be reflected on my VISA bill. I am not pleased I am pleased with the florist that your company used in Walla Walla, WA. They did not make the order correctly. So my 6 grand children were disappointed with no extra balloons on the order. I think the florest should have completed that order by returning with the balloons.
