I have already filled out a glowing review of the service I received from AVAS. One more especially positive note is this: when I got the email confirmation stating that delivery of the birthday balloons could not be guaranteed by 7PM, I phoned and a very pleasant Customer Service young woman immediately arranged to have them there by early afternoon.... and indeed, they were. I use AVAS quite often and am very pleased. Thank you!
