Ordering with AVAS was a good experience overall. The recipient said the flowers and balloon are beautiful. Delivery was fast. The only issue I had was with one aspect of the automated confirmation for delivery that was particular to my account and that was an auto fill of information when I signed up. It was eventually clarified via email exchange with a customer service representative and her reply was prompt and positive.

My daughter lives in NC, I live in the UK, it is difficult to know when she gets home, so delivery to the school where she works was perfect, she was thrilled and I felt at least she got something from me on the actual day as the post cannot be relied upon.Thank you for a great job, I will definitely use this service again, Thank You Debbie
