Flowers arrived when they were expected to and without going outside the time frame (which may have disrupted the schedule of the person I was sending to). The flowers were beautiful and not at all wilted. Could not have had a better experience.

The flowers were gorgeous and fragrant. The only thing that I would do different is to have had ordered the flowers 2 days in advance of the viewing/funeral day. When someone passes away at that moment your not thinking 100% clearly and I ended up ordering the flowers Friday morning and the flowers were received prior to the deadline time, but I had expected that they be received earlier in the morning. The viewing was from 3am - 11am and the earliest delivery option was prior to 11am. They came around 10am, so for about an hour and 1/2 I was nervous that the flowers would not get there. But thank goodness they were there and able to be enjoyed by the mourning family. Again the spray arrangement was GORGEOUS and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. It was not Ava's fault that the flowers arrived at the funeral parlor one hour before the end of the viewing. People should be aware that ordering flowers should happen no less than 2 days prior to the viewing. Thanks Ava, you made my sad day better!
