There seems to be a problem with communication. In spite of my spelling out names Bev became Beth, Newton became Newtman and Prosch became Proach. This is not a good thing when sending a gift to some one or to receive an e-mail. I even used the b as in boy examples in spelling out the names. Our names are very important and should be spelled correctly. Otherwise, the service was punctual and I hear the flowers were beautiful.

Excellent company. I ordered flowers from another flower company and they did not deliver there customer service was the worst I've experienced. Avasflowers is hands down the best. My order was processed and delivered within four hours. I would rate avasflowers a 10 and (from you ) a minus 20.
